Terms & Conditions

Your Appointment

To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. We may need you to fill in client details and information form. It is important to remember that late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.

What to Wear

Choose comfortable clothing. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear for body wraps. Disposable underwear is also available.

Valuables

We recommend all valuables be left at home.

Mobile Phones

For the comfort of all patrons, please switch off your mobile phone whilst in the treatment area.

Ordering

Processing and delivery of your order may take up to 7 days. Orders will not be processed and shipped until credit card payment has been processed. Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling us on 03 9548 4280 or via email to Salon of Beauty We accept MasterCard or Visa payments for telephone and email orders. We do not accept cash-on-delivery for orders.

Refunds

Please choose carefully and ensure you select the correct product as no refunds or exchanges are available on product that has been ordered incorrectly. If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund within one month of purchase.

If an item arrives and there is a product defect, or if there has been breakage during transport, you must ensure that the item is left in its original packaging and condition and contact the salon within 24 hours of receipt in regards to a refund, replacement or credit for original product value.

Customers who are unsure of which product is best suited to their skin concern, should call into our salon and/or speak to a qualified skin care therapist to have products recommended for them. Allergic reactions should not occur if you have purchased your product correctly and are experienced with your skin type. Products are not guaranteed if you do experience an allergic reaction. The manufacturer’s warranty clearly states products are only guaranteed when purchased through a recommendation from a qualified therapist. It is strongly recommended you visit us and/or speak to a qualified skin care therapist for advice if you are in any doubt.

Any concerns with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a money-back guarantee on unopened and unused product only. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sent to receive the refund. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser. Returned items will be refunded using the same method used when the order was placed. Postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only. We do not accept returns for any other circumstances. Unauthorised returns are not permitted nor will they be accepted.

Government Taxes

All applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax) has been included in the prices shown on this web site.

Payments

We accept MasterCard or Visa, please make arrangements with the salon for your credit card details. Do not put your details in an email. The charge on your credit card statement will state Salon of Beauty.

Shipping

All items are charged shipping fee of $5.00 if sent within Australia via regular delivery with Australia Post. No insurance will be purchased for the products unless the client requests it.

Important Note: Salon of Beauty is not responsible for postage delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at ordering time. Please be sure to enter the correct postage and billing addresses.

Lost Packages

We cannot be held responsible for shipments once they have left our premises. If a parcel has been deemed lost by Australia Post, we will submit a claim with them and will re-ship a replacement once the loss has been determined. Shipping refunds are not provided.
